I should have done this research before shooting the episode, but here’s the list of materials from each continent.

Australia – Crystallized ginger
Antarctica – Water
Asia – Basmati rice
Africa – Muscavado sugar
South America – quinoa
Europe – yeast
North America – maize
The maize, rice, sugar (maybe even the quinoa) give you the light body and crispness of this beer, and I’m really curious as to the volume of Antarctic ice that was transported to DFH HQ.

Hey Chris. Thanks for mentioning the SB153 homebrewing legalization effort.
On SB328 the brewery bill, I do not believe the bill has been voted out of committee. The Allison database shows it is still in the T&M committee, and it has been that way since February 9, the day the homebrewing bill was voted out. Allison correctly noted the passage of the homebrew bill but has never shown that SB328 passed.
